At Aileen’s, our menu has a strong focus on seafood, bringing premium along with lesser known, more local, fish to the plate, many served in simple forms, presenting a contemporary style of cooking. Complimenting this, Aileen's wil be the focal area for our Armada Farm produce, the natural growing and seaweed nurtured harvest from there will accompany the dishes when available. We will also have a great selection of wines to accompany our dishes, expertly selected by our Sommelier at Aileens, Charlie Estrada
