We want to give you a taste of our location where possible with every bite. We go the extra mile to ensure our produce is as local as possible. Our meats are from North Clare, vegetables from our own Armada Farm and Moy Hill Farm, the famous Burren smoked salmon, local beers, sea veg from across the bay, to mention just a few. We have also created our very own whiskey and Mist + Moss gin, which is the first gin made using wild Irish juniper and botanicals that grow in the Burren in addition to our Cocktail Lab producing the most innovative cocktails in the West with our team of creative mixologists.
